What is a dietitian and what do you do?

As Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) we have had at least 4 years university training in nutrition science and are members of Dietitians Australia. We are trained to provide tailored and evidence-based advice and guidance on dietary choices to manage nutrition related conditions and improve overall health. We take a holistic approach to help you make achievable goals and sustainable changes for a healthy lifestyle that lasts.

What is capacity like for new clients?

We have capacity to take on new clients, including NDIS funded clients for home visits. We are currently able to make bookings within 1 week after obtaining all necessary information. Please note this may take a bit longer if specific days of the week or times of day are required.
