Michelle has always had a passion for food and health, which lead her to study dietetics, the perfect combination of both! After finishing her masters degree in Adelaide, Michelle began her career at the Alice Springs hospital. This is where her keen interest in Aboriginal health was sparked. She followed that interest to Darwin where she worked both in hospitals and Aboriginal communities. Michelle is passionate about providing holistic health care, looking at the bigger picture. whilst adopting a personalised approach. She believes everyone should have a healthy relationship with food and be able to enjoy it as part of a healthy wholesome life.
In her personal life, Michelle is an animal loving vegetarian who has found herself married to a sheep farmer in rural South Australia. She is a passionate advocate for the health of the planet, and in turn, the health of animals and humans through regenerative agriculture. Michelle enjoys cooking for friends and family, soaking up mother nature and a cup of tea in the warm sunshine.
