Kirsten is a passionate lover of food and nutrition. After a career as a qualified chef that spanned over twenty years, Kirsten decided to continue her passion for food and nutrition and embarked on a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast which she completed in 2013. After completing her degree, Kirsten and her family moved to Adelaide, where Kirsten acquired a job as a content creation specialist for a local technology company in the health and fitness sector. It was in this role that Kirsten developed the nutrition content for original in-app meal plans and recipes to suit members’ dietary preferences, as well as product-based recipe and nutrition content for blogs.

With Kirsten’s experience in the kitchen, she can share her knowledge and skills to help create nutritious recipes and meals with you. Kirsten finds cooking and creating in the kitchen fun and enjoys using local seasonal produce.

In her spare time, Kirsten continues to create in the kitchen and likes using fresh produce from her garden. She is a cat lover, plays a mean game of hockey and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
