Amanda recently graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has a strong passion for educating individuals about the power of food and nutrition, and believes that a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just caring about our physical bodies, it’s about creating major shifts in the way we experience life, both mentally and emotionally, without restriction or deprivation. Amanda is also a member of the South Australian Health At Every Size (HAES) Professional Network and practises in a weight inclusive and body-positive approach.
Amanda also runs the health and wellness blog @madeby.mandy where she shares her love for cooking, recipe development and food photography and content creation. Outside of work, Amanda likes to go for walks, bake and spend time with family and friends.
