Courtney is passionate about everything nutrition, cooking and eating food to nourish the body. Courtney has developed her dietetic skills through community, hospital and food service experience at Murray Bridge, Mt Gambier and Launceston. She has also done nutrition presentations and cooking demonstrations privately, working with children through to the elderly.

Courtney understands how important food is to enrich the health and wellbeing of clients. She believes “you have to find what works for you”, tailoring nutrition advice specific to each client. She knows everyone has different wants and needs, and is here to support them through their journey with food, cooking and creating healthy habits.

While Courtney was studying at university she worked as an OSHC educator and a fitness instructor. She worked alongside children and adults with intellectual disabilities and understands the importance of a highly personalised approach. Courtney is excited to carry over her fitness knowledge into this role to further support clients holistically.

From a young age Courtney enjoyed cooking and found her love of nutrition grew as she started her running journey. Over the years she explored many fitness avenues and found nutrition complemented each aspect. Her hobbies include playing AFL football, hiking, running, strength training, trying new recipes, camping and travelling. Courtney grew up on a farm and likes to occasionally go back to see her family, go motorbike riding or ride her horse.
